"My name is Mark, a.k.a. Don Meanie"

I am from southern New Jersey. I was born in Woodbury, lived in Westville (we had a sign under our mailbox proclaiming our house "Mills' Nutt House") until I was about 10 and than moved to Sewell. I went to high school at Clearview Regional in Mullica Hill. I meet my wife, Barbara, thru a friend. We married in 1977 and moved to Center City. In 1979 while managing a Sunoco service station, we had our first child, Ryan.

In 1985, we had our next child, Adam. In October of the same year, we moved to Deltona, Florida. Ryan, our first born, was married to his wife Loree, July 1999 and is pursuing his lifelong dream of law enforcement. He is a sheriffs' investigator right here in Volusia County. Adam is our computer tech and is building a new Cleveland motor for his '70 Cougar. When done, it will crank out over 400 hp!

Barb has worked in Orlando for twelve years now as an accountant for a real estate management firm.

I was a transportation supervisor for a data storage company for eight years when I got the bug to try something new. So... I drove the big trucks throughout the southeast for four years. (Two of those years in my own truck) If you have no home to come back to , it pays well. I sold the truck and was working for a company transporting elderly and handicapped people to destinations in Central Florida. I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis in May of 2001. It has progressed along with other health challenges including Diabetes, Liver and Kidney disease and a few other things. I have another website for my health challenges if you would like to know more.

I enjoyed collecting Meanies and liked to write stories about them but production was ended a few years ago and so went my inspiration.
My favorite author is Clive Cussler.
I enjoy reading books about La Cosa Nostra.
I am also an avid ELVIS fan and enjoy collecting memorabilia having to do with THE KING.
I enjoy fine automobiles and have recently acquired a 1994 Lincoln Mark VIII (pictures to come soon)

About Don Meanie "The Codfather"

Don Meanie was created for the fun of it. What else can I say. With new Meanies being produced, I saw no end to the mugs I had to work with in my stories (or tails). But there is an end to everything and with the demise of the Meanies, so went my inspiration.

Don Meanie is the top fish in the "family". You may have heard it by another name such as the "organization, Mob, Board, gang, syndicate (or pool). But the most commercialized and well known is "THE MEANIES". Some of which are quite gross in appearance and can turn your stomach just looking at them. This band of misfits were very much disorganized in the early days and badly in need of a strong leader. Don Meanie, being strong in his own right, saw the need and took control. From then on, The Codfather and The Meanies have steadily increased their presence throughout the world.
